ABOUT CIDS
The Coorg Institute of Dental Sciences was set up in 1999 to provide health care for the local community and tribals in the Malathirke Hills. It is affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in Bangalore and approved by the Dental Council of India, the Government of Karnataka and the Union Ministry of Health and Family welfare.
The systematic method followed at CIDS has enabled our students to achieve a consistently excellent academic performance.
The CIDS campus is spread over 20 acres and hosts a variety of trees and flowering shrubs, with landscaped gardens, a waterfall and a meandering stream within the grounds.
